Is there a free alternative to SurveyMonkey?

Start with what SurveyMonkey's free plan actually gives you. Ten questions and forty responses. Then it stops. Forty is not many. Run one workshop and you're at the cap with people still trying to answer.

Slideasy's free plan doesn't cap responses. Send the link to forty people or four hundred and the answers keep landing in your account.

The tradeoff is question count. You get three questions per survey for free. That's a real limit, and it means Slideasy won't handle long-form research. For post-session feedback or a team pulse check, that is usually where you should have stopped anyway. Long surveys get abandoned around question five, and a half-finished response is worse than none because you'll read it as complete.

There's also what the rest of the account does. Slideasy runs live polls and word clouds, so the questions you put on screen during a session and the survey you send afterward sit in one place instead of two tools.
