Survey FAQ

What is the easiest way to create a survey?

Start with the question you actually need answered, not the tool. Most surveys get built the other way around, and that's why they end up with twelve questions when two would have done.

Once you know what you're asking, the build is quick. Open Slideasy, create a survey, and add your questions. Type each one, add the answer options, save. No setup screens or configuration to work through before you can write anything.

You get a link or scanner when you're done. Copy it and send it wherever your people already are. Email, chat, a message after the session. They open it in their browser and answer. Nothing to install and no account needed on their side.

Responses collect in your account as they come in. You check them when you're ready rather than sitting and waiting.

Keep it short. Three or four questions get finished. Twelve gets abandoned around question five, and a partial response is worse than no response because you'll read it as if it were complete. Anonymous by default, which is usually the difference between what people write and what they think.

Build it in a few minutes, send the link, and go back to your day.
